Is the price shown the final price?
Yes. The price on each tour is what you pay. There are no hidden charges or fuel surcharges.
Do I need to print my booking?
No. Show your booking confirmation on your phone (email or WhatsApp) and a photo ID in the lead guest’s name.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes. Private cars, private desert safaris and private yacht charters are available. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and group size for a quote.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, for city tours, desert safaris and Musandam trips we pick you up from any hotel or address in Dubai. We’ll send your pickup time the day before.
Where do dhow cruises and yachts start?
From the marina. We’ll send you the exact meeting point and a map after booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Desert safaris are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before. All other tours are fully refundable if you cancel at least 3 days before.
Is the desert safari suitable for children?
Yes, families are welcome. Dune bashing isn’t recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with back problems; tell us and we’ll arrange a smoother ride.
What do I need for the Musandam trip?
Bring your passport (needed to cross into Oman), swimwear, sunscreen and a towel. Message us to check the visa rules for your nationality.
What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothes and sunglasses. For the Abu Dhabi tour, shoulders and knees must be covered at the Grand Mosque. Bring a light jacket for winter evenings in the desert.
Can I rent a yacht for a birthday or event?
Yes. Our private yachts come with crew and can be arranged for birthdays, proposals, family days and company outings.
