  • Details some tours need: for example passport or ID details for tours that cross a border, such as Musandam.
  • Payment details: card payments are processed by our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or the website forms.
  • Website data: technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the partners who deliver your tour (such as desert camps, boat operators, drivers and attraction ticket providers), our payment provider, and government authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet UAE legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
