A Dubai city tour provides the most efficient means to explore both the modern infrastructure and the historic traditional sites and buildings of Dubai. This tour encompasses all notable attractions in Dubai within a short timeframe, organized by professionals with effective time management. Alternatively, choosing to explore these sites independently may result in substantial expenses on taxis and buses, and you may not be able to cover all of them in a full day.

Cancellation , Changes & Refund Policies 

We acknowledge that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate such adjustments wherever possible. Kindly review our cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

– A full refund is available for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the commencement of the tour (excluding the 4% payment gateway fee).

– A 50% refund is applicable for cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours prior to the tour’s start time (excluding the 4% payment gateway fee).

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time, or in the event of non-attendance.

– Once a tour or service is underway, or if any portion of a package has been utilized, refunds will not be offered.

– Important Note: All online payments are subject to a non-refundable 4% payment gateway fee.

– Refund Process: Eligible refunds shall be processed within seven business days from the cancellation date. The refunded amount will reflect the terms outlined above, less the non-refundable gateway fee.
