Cancellation Policy
We know plans change, and we aim for flexibility. Our cancellation policy:
100% refund for cancellations 72+ hours before tour start (minus 4% gateway fee).
50% refund for cancellations 48-72 hours before start (minus 4% gateway fee).
No refund for cancellations under 48 hours before tour, or no-shows.
No refunds once a tour or service starts, or if any package part is used.
4% payment gateway fee applies to online payments, non-refundable.
Refunds process in 7 working days, final amount as per terms minus gateway fee.

In accordance with government regulations, no entertainment or alcoholic beverages will be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Similarly, during dry days and official public holidays, entertainment and alcoholic drinks will not be provided as per the guidelines from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Special rates are available during public holidays, and tours are contingent upon availability.

Half-Day Dubai City Tour:
- Pickup will be arranged from your hotel or residence in Dubai.
- Entrance tickets to the Dubai Museum are included.
